Delete your LatraNest account

LatraNest is operated by Latra Services Ltd. You can initiate permanent account deletion from the app or through this page.

In the app

1. Sign in to LatraNest and open Account.
2. Choose Manage my data / delete account.
3. Read the consequences, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then select Request permanent account deletion.
4. Your request appears with its status. You can cancel until processing begins.

Without the app

Send an email from your registered account email address to info@dlatra.com with the subject Delete my LatraNest account. We will verify account ownership before processing. Do not send your password.

What happens

We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your login, profile, child records, associated requests, tours, private messages, connected care records and related live app media. Provider deletion also removes their listings and connected family records from LatraNest. Arrange care obligations and save needed records first. Records legally required to be retained are limited to that requirement, and we explain any exception. Backup copies may remain until the hosting provider's configured retention expires; ask support for the current period. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
