Safety

Use Safety & reporting inside a listing or conversation to submit a report or block messages. Contact support if you cannot sign in. For urgent care matters, call your daycare. For emergencies, contact emergency services.

Account requests

Use Account → Manage my data / delete account after signing in. You can also use our account deletion page. We review requests and aim to complete data requests within 30 days. Support is handled by an operator and is not an emergency service.
